Submission Guidelines

To maintain the quality and integrity of AllScience Preprints, all submissions must meet the following requirements:

  1. Original research. Your manuscript must present original findings or analysis. Reviews, commentaries, and meta-analyses are welcome as long as they contribute new insight.
  2. Complete manuscript. Include a title, author list with affiliations, abstract, full text body, and references. Incomplete submissions will not be published.
  3. Accurate authorship. All listed authors must have contributed to the work and approved the submission. Corresponding author must have an AllScience account.
  4. Ethical standards. Research involving human or animal subjects must reference appropriate ethics approval. Conflicts of interest must be disclosed.
  5. No plagiarism. Submissions are screened for originality. Plagiarized content will be removed and may result in account suspension.
  6. Category selection. Choose the most appropriate scientific category for your work. Available categories include Computer Science, Biology, Medicine, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Social Sciences, and Engineering.

Supported Formats

  • PDF -- preferred format for final manuscripts
  • LaTeX -- submit your .tex source along with figures and bibliography
  • Word (.docx) -- accepted, though PDF is recommended for consistent formatting

After Submission

Once your preprint is submitted, it goes live immediately. You will receive your ASP-ID, which serves as a permanent identifier for your work. You can update your manuscript at any time by submitting a new version -- all previous versions remain accessible in the version history. Other researchers can read, cite, and discuss your work from the moment it is published.
